As we watch the Braves take their first at bats and the Hawks and Thrashers make their final push for the playoffs, the Atlanta Falcons have just received their dance card for the upcoming 2010 season. Their home stand-off at the Georgia Dome gets started on Friday, August 13 at 8pm with their preseason matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Dirty Birds first regular season home game will be against the NFC West champion Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, September 19 at 1pm. Some of the marquee matchups that will be going down at the Georgia Dome include their Monday night contest against the Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints on December 27, a Thursday night head-to-head with Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens on November 11 as well as a rare meeting with the Green Bay Packers over turkey weekend on Sunday, November 28. The full schedule can be viewed at Atlanta Falcons Schedule.

With the recent addition of Texans cornerback Duante Robinson through free agency and the prospect of Dimitroff fielding another savvy draft class, the Falcons have to taste another deep playoff run. The public onsale date for single-game tickets through Ticketmaster has yet to be announced, but those interested in season tickets should visit atlantafalcons.com for available seating options.
